Check out our Christmas delivery order deadlines

Strikes & snow - This has been the toughest Christmas for small retailers. Remember to BE KIND

Posted by john smith on

Thank you to everyone that has ordered in the last couple of weeks, and throughout the year.

The snow and strikes caused last minute changes to Royal Mail's "last post before Christmas" and further headaches for us.

We have done our best to get as much out as we can. We have a few remaining clothing orders that will go out this week via other couriers.

If you do not receive your order due to the postal issues, we are very sorry but it is circumstances beyond our control. We are still a small business and have done the best we can. I am sure you (or your loved one) will still enjoy their gift even if it is a little late.
Whether it was us or another small business, please remember most of us are lads and lasses working out of our homes, sheds, spare rooms or (if they are lucky) a small business unit. We do not have the large wareshouses of stock and distribution networks of major retailers. And even your major retailers are struggling right now.
You orders go towards putting food on our table. Paying for our childrends dance lessons. Football boots. And more. We are grateful to everyone that opts to use a small business. But please, BE KIND. Do not get angry with us if your gift is caught up in Royal Mail's severely distrupted service.

Good luck for the rest of the year and we will go again in 2023!
